"Bandage" – The 1st Concert

Technical Challenge

Ran a high-complexity, end-to-end video system: taking feeds from multiple sources and outputting to many LED formats — the main center-stage wall, left/ right IMAG screens, and an LED mounted on a floating lift whose special non-rectangular structure required dedicated mapping to place the image pixel-accurately. A stage-floor LED also had to stay in sync with everything at once, demanding real-time coordination between the on-site crew and the content team.

Equipment Used

• Analog Way Aquilon RS3 — Video Switcher (Live Input Routing)
• Multiple-format LED Displays (Main, IMAG, Lift-mounted, and Stage Floor)

Results

• The video system ran accurately and issue-free throughout the show.
• Mapping on the special lift-mounted screen landed pixel-perfect.
• All LED surfaces stayed smoothly in sync.
